With over 34 years of experience in real estate and nearly 35 years living in Columbia, Mary brings a wealth of knowledge to the Live Oak team. Lovingly referred to as “the glue,” Mary is the one that keeps the team running efficiently. Known for her welcoming spirit and tenacious project management skills, Mary is an incredible asset to the Live Oak team.

Born and raised in Columbia, Gina has extensive knowledge of our incredible city. She graduated from Spring Valley High School and then went on to play tennis at Converse College. Gina raised her two sons with her husband in and around Forest Acres, and decided to follow her dream by getting her real estate license to share her knowledge of this city and neighborhoods with others.

Philicia grew up and resided in Columbia, SC until she moved to New Jersey in 1995 to pursue business opportunities. Her zest for real estate was ignited while living there, and she was recruited by a company in New Jersey in 2015. Philicia returned to sunny South Carolina in 2017. She prides herself on being assertive, results driven and a great people person, and she continues to learn and prove herself in an ever-changing business.

Jeff graduated from Spring Valley High School and the College of Charleston, where he earned his degree in Corporate Communication. He is very passionate about the Columbia community and supports many different nonprofit organizations throughout the midlands. From 2019-2022, Jeff was awarded multiple REGAL Awards for best overall advertising campaign and best use of social media from the BIA Sales & Marketing Council. In addition, he was voted Best Real Estate Agent in 2018, 2019, runner-up in 2020 by readers of the Free Times, and was nominated for Best Real Estate Agent in 2021 and 2022 by readers of Columbia Metropolitan Magazine. A native of Virginia, Patrick is a graduate of The Johns Hopkins University, East Carolina University, and Arizona State University. He has lived in downtown Columbia since 2008. With a background in education, his main objective is to facilitate successful transactions for his clients within ever-changing real estate markets. Patrick was previously a top-producing realtor with Coldwell Banker Realty and ERA Wilder. For the past four consecutive years he has been included in the Central Carolina Realtors Association "Circle of Excellence" based upon his level of production.

Jillian Dupre, originally from Massachusetts, grew up in Lexington, South Carolina after moving here in the summer of 2000. She attended both Lexington High School and USC Aiken. Her love for Real Estate undoubtedly comes from her mother who is an avid and well-known Interior Decorator! Being exposed to detail, design, and creativity at such a young age easily helped her jumpstart her career in Real Estate 5 years ago.
